A contract will be signed by both parties prior to the first mentoring session. This contract will include the dates and times of the mentoring session(s) and the location. This may either be at an agreed venue and / or by virtual technologies such as Skype and Apple FaceTime.
The contract will include a resume, which will cover all aspects of the property investment mentoring session(s). For example, how to select the right investment area and the specific location issues to focus on, for the property search.
Prior to the first mentoring session I will email you a questionnaire to complete. The questionnaire needs to be emailed back to me before the first mentoring session. The information you provide in this questionnaire forms part of the mentoring sessions(s). Following each mentoring session I will email you a resume of the issues discussed, together with relevant advice.
Full payment is required before the mentoring session(s). For mentoring sessions taking place over several months, monthly payment is required. Fees and payment details will be stated in the contract.
